These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlKareemwear website and the purchase of products through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Colours may vary slightly due to fabric dye lots and screen display settings. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed, except where cash-on-delivery is offered.
4. Custom Tailoring Orders
Custom tailoring orders are made based on the measurements you provide. Please review your measurements carefully before submission, as made-to-measure garments cannot be returned for reasons of size once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of AlKareemwear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlKareemwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
