Shipping Within Pakistan
We dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–8 business days for other locations, via our trusted courier partners. A flat shipping rate of CAD $2.52 applies to orders below CAD $75.62; orders at or above this amount ship free.
Custom Tailoring Timelines
Made-to-measure garments require additional production time, typically 10–15 business days from order confirmation, depending on the garment and current order volume. Our tailoring team will keep you informed of your order status throughout the process.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally on a limited basis. Delivery timelines and rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom tailoring and made-to-measure garments, as well as sale/clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of fit or preference, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
